Lucas Podolski has Criticed by Oliver Bierhoff

LONDON - Germany international football striker, Lucas Podolski some time ago received critic from the German national team general manager Oliver Bierhoff considered as performance decreases. However, Lucas Podolski admitted to not care about such things and remain confident in its capabilities as an interpreter.

Throughout the 2012/13 season, Podolski, who is Arsenal striker, is often used as a substitute by Germany coach, Joachim Low in six World Cup qualifying matches in 2014, and never score a goal. While the two friendly matches, former Koln and Bayern Munich player was only one down as a starter.

"If for Mr.Bierhoff looks like it, then that is his opinion. You do not need to discuss it. I did not care, because I know (skills) that I have, "said Podolski told Kicker, as reported by Goal, Tuesday (28/05/2013).

After hearing comments from Lucas Podolski, Bierhoff was commented. "I used to speak bluntly. And, the players must be able to accept critic and also be aware of the facts that exist. This does not mean you do not have faith and confidence in him, "said Bierhoff, who is now 45 years old.

"He has helped us many times and it is important for a team. However, progress with the national team last year was not satisfactory, "said the former player who played for Udinese and AC Milan and collected 70 caps with the Der Panzer.
